Policies:

Models and other products with an "add to cart" button, DO go through a secure server; therefore, we believe it is safe to give your credit card number. If you do not agree, other options are available.
If you order online through the secure server and wish to pick up your order at our Huntsville, Alabama facility, just indicate this in the comments box and you will not be charged shipping.
Minimum charge for any trophy order is $10.00 each if the number ordered is under a "Team Order" (which consists of 6 or more of the same model number), or a $2.00 service charge for each item (under 6) unless the particular model is priced over $8.00. This policy does not apply to tournament trophies which are usually preceded with a TT in the model number prefix.
On trophy models, indicate figurine (s) you want included, column color, and base type. Also indicate engraving information in the comment box.
Figurines are interchangeable on trophies. There is no price difference for interchanging standard stock figures.

Choose from Soccer, Football Runner, Cheerleader, Baseball/Softball Batter (male & female), Basketball Push Shot (male & female), Victory figures (male & female) and others..

Add $1.00 per trophy for double action figures; $1.50 for triple action.

Lettering/Engraving - 2 lines included (on colored aluminum plates), i.e., Name, Team Name and Date or Number (40 letters max). $.05 per letter after 40 letters. Third line of lettering (up to 15 letters), add $.60 per trophy. Example:

Brass plates are $.40 extra.

New for fall 2000, exclusive Laser engraving on black brass trophy plates, with a Team Logo engraved, only $.90 more per trophy !!!!! True Type fonts also included with laser engraved plates. (Much fancier and bolder lettering than the old style of lettering)

Fonts- Simple Block, in all caps is a default for trophy plates. Email or call specifying any substitutions to this policy. Some fonts and substitutions may cost more.

Use standard model numbers listed with as few changes as possible to reduce confusion in placing orders and production of those orders.

All trophies from our retail site come assembled with all plates attached to trophies. (Some models/ figurines and plates may be packaged separately for safe shipping. In this case, the figurines easily screw in from the top, and the plates easily attach to the base of trophy by pulling off the yellow paper exposing our industrial strength double sided tape.)
