Pat has been a Group-Exercise Instructor since 1980.  She began teaching in Huntsville, then taught in West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami, Florida.  In 1985 she began competing in the National Aerobic Competitions in Atlanta, Orlando, and Miami.
     Pat started her Persona Training career in 1986.  She had the pleasure of training Lynda Carter, "Wonder Woman", who was in Miami for a tennis tournament.
     Pat has trained clients in Huntsville since 1990 while working at L. A. Fitness, Huntsville Athletic Club, Huntsville Hospital, and now at Huntsville Personal Training Center.  Her industry Certifications include: AFAA  1985  Group Fitness, ACE  1988  Group Fitness, and ACE  1993  Personal Training.
